TRIPTIC is a guitar driven rock trio based in Long Beach. Though the sound of the band is commercial, it is not easily defined, and many find it difficult to draw a comparison to any major recording artist. This can be attributed to the diverse influences that TRIPTIC has, including blues, classic rock, jazz, grunge, and funk. These influences, combined with technical proficiency on their respective instruments and the ability of each member to sing, creates a sound that far exceeds most three-piece bands.

For the last two years TRIPTIC has been operating with out the support of a record label and has been successful in completing their first album independently. The debut of the first album was coupled with the release of two music videos featuring the songs 'Tangled' and 'Soft Mood'.

TRIPTIC recently completed their follow up album Second The Begining, released in April 2006. They have begun pre-production for a third video in support of this album.

TRIPTIC is well regarded in southern California for their ability to dazzle crowds. The intricate song writing and distinctive three part harmonies distinguish TRIPTIC as one of the premier live acts in the area. TRIPTIC now seeks to expand their audience and is working toward becoming an international act with the backing of a major record company.
